I bought a Alpine Star Andes jacket 5 months ago, it is my second as I was very happy with the previous one after 6 or 7 yeras. Anyway, a week or two ago the main zip on the jacket got stuck and then kept on sticking - I could not get out of the jacket. Extremely annoying and embarrassing to say the least. jacket back, no questions except where's my receipt? Did not have one but Louis remembers me as well as the salesperson (I gave the old jacket to him). Got my jacket back after 9 days- perfect so far.
