... like your footage ... you must consider to add some commentary ... on the route and driving that type of terrain etc ....
Thanks Chris!
This request has come up on several platforms in recent times and I’ll take a bit of time to reply here….

My focus has always been the riding. I live for riding my bikes and fliming the rides has always been about having something that everyone on the ride (or just me) can look back on with fond memories. I never expected the videos to become popular.

I try to keep the filming as simple as possible ie. hitting record button when I think terrain or scenery is interesting. I don’t think about what I’m saying while riding. I tried other things in the past, but then the ride became all about filming and creating something that viewers might like. Monetising my channel has also made me think about what I should be doing to earn more money from it. It ended up ruining the ride for me and I stopped immediately. I’m now just happy if the videos pay for a tyre every now and then

So see my videos as simply as a recording of a ride. I understand that some viewers want narration and more conversation audible between riders, but it’s just not my vibe.

If you hear my voice in slow sections, that’s a bonus. No interest or time to plan narration etc. I simply don’t have the time to spend days in post production for each video and not interested in spending huge amounts of money on fancy media setups to record my or other riders’ voices.

Hope you continue to watch despite the “shortcomings”

Well, after selling my 2015 R1200gs LC last Monday to buy a smaller bike, I posted under the Ktm 500 section and alot of you guys gave me some good advise... so Wednesday came after 2 nights of no sleep, because I was REALLY missing my bike, I saw an ad about a 2014 R1200gs Adventure and long story short, I bought it on Friday🙌

Took it on a 478km test ride today, Pretoria - Bronkies - Groblersdale - Loskop Dam and back home.
Bike rides like a dream👌
Now to plan a longer trip💪😎

kabouter huisies.

Dis nou n raak beskrywing!! 👏 (y)
Ou wat ek ken in namakwaland se bynaam is Klipkabouter hy is n klein kort mannetjie met n groot grys baard. Lyk nes hy iewers in n tuin hoort!!
