@Chrisjgvn I assume those pics are somewhere close to home.....that NW terrain with its grass makes me think of my infantry training days. Not particularly good memories as such.

... Hi Ess ... not sure how much you can remember what the military shooting range looked like, but that is on the southern section of the range (south of the Eleaser road towards spitskop... ) ... kind of "no mans land" with cattle grazing in the area ...

There were two, the main one being close to the Ventersdorp road. The other was in the bush near a place we knew as Modderfontein...just off a road heading out westwards ( I see on Google this is called Eleazer street so I assume you're referring to this 'bos-skietbaan').

.... yes ... those pics is about 3 km's south of Modderfontein on the other side of the Eleaser road ...

UK Country Side is Beautiful.
Did a route 2 Weeks back on my Tiger. Was nice and sunny but cool winds kept the Temps way down. Fortu atley heated seat and grips are standard. Just fealt great to be out on the bike after a longer than normal and super Wet Winter.

Recently traded my 2018 Tiger I brought over to UK from SA in on the new Model, Triumph UK had the top end 1200 Rally Explorer discounted by 4.5k Quid and I lost zero money on the converted trade in value on my 6 year old Tiger which was even better.

Was a no brainer, New bike is completley different to the previous 3 generation Tigers, and awesome to ride, just missing that Triumph Whine when you wind her up as the new models got the T Plane Crank Motor which is a complelty different animal but a pleasure to ride.
