Why cagers don't see bikes

I watched a TV program, yesterday, related to the human observation skills and perceptiveness, where the do the trick, involving the counting of manouvres on a stage and afterwards they ask if you saw the guy in the penguin suit, or bunny suit in the background.
With all the different tests that they did, they came up with a scary result in that you brin will exclude thing taht you are not looking for, when concentrating on a something else.
And they mentioned that cagers dont see bikes, because they are concentrating on cars.
The program was called apply your mind, or something llike that.
