Wrapping panels??

I bought Omega small tanks second hand, but it is in the "S" color scheme. I want to change it to the "R" scheme.

According to the dealers, you cannot buy the sticker kit seperate and it needs to be painted on.(Is this true ???)

Is there anyone that does vynil wrapping here? Will it work at all?
