Wuppertal info please

Can one fill up in Wuppertal? I get conflicting information on fuel availability in Wuppertal. Also, can somebody please post a map or direction on how to get onto the old postal route from Wuppertal(approaching from the south) - I have a gps route, but I would like to look at an actual map which shows Wuppertal, the Tra Tra river, Doring rivier, R355 etc. We want to cut through from Wuppertal to the R355.
