XR 650L Suspension settings

I took my XR for her 1st hard ride on saturday wow the 1 thing I thought would be an Issue was the suspension but the suspesion took everything very well the one thing Was maybe to increase the damping abit has anyone tried out settings I weigh about 93kg's
