Its 1 o'clock and Stilbaai is closed down. The reastaurant at the shopping centre is open, thank goodness, so I can have coffee and something to eat.
I check with Chris and Amanda, if they are receiving guests and head that way. Even though I saw them yesterday, I seldom socialise with Chris in crowds. Firstly, you don't get a word in edgewise, because of all the rest wanting to enjoy their company, and I come this way often, and prefer to vist him at home, where we can sit on the stoep and have a quiet conversation. Not least the reason is Amanda's coffee.
As always I spend a most pleasant hour or so in their company. I'm also planning to go around Mosselbay to say hello to Fat-b, so reluctantly I have to say good-bye.
There are some roads around that Chris has told me about before, but I did not have the time to ride them... now I have. No problem, he needs to clean his head a bit and will take me on a ride.
Ja well, no fine :eek7: ... I hang on for dear life, way outside my comfort zone. Don't even think of stopping and taking pics. I know,... you ride your own pace, but its always inevitable to get sucked along. It was fun though, feeling the bikes *** slip away now and again. It was a very nice ride and I'll come back one day to see what it looks like :imaposer:
We part ways on the N2 outside Albertinia and I head for Mosselbay.
