Day 3 - Chishakwe to Chimanimani

My headaches of the previous two days improved only to make way for violent diarrhoea during the night. 😩 The thought of doing 200km of offroad riding didn’t look so appealing all of a sudden…..

The guys are up early and enjoy a beautiful sunrise sitting next to the fire

We each collect our boiled eggs and we ride the head north through the Save Valley Conservancy towards the A9.
We regroup at the exit of the conservancy and then turn right on tar to Birchenhough Bridge

This day of riding was amazing for several reasons, but what stood out for me is how the landscape changed over the course of the day. Plants trees and mountains looked completely different as the hours passed.
