DAY 8 - THE FERRY FROM KARIBA TO MLIBIZI

Day 8 would basically be a rest day on the ferry. If I remember correctly it is roughly 290km and takes something like 20 hours to complete.

We had breakfast at the lodge and then we were off to drop our luggage on the ferry.

There were already a few 4x4s waiting at the gate and we were not too popular for squeezing past everyone to book or spot on the upper deck

A quick ride up to Kariba heights while we waited for the ferry to staff to get ready for all the bikes to be loaded

Then it was time to load the bikes into the very back of the hull like sardines
