Day 1 completed and all still in one piece.
110km from the border to Bubye. We had light drizzle in spots and comfortable temperatures.
I suffered with a bad headache most of the day and felt like I might have some bug, but enjoyed the riding too much to be too bothered by it.

Fantastic thread.. thanks for sharing. I was born in Zim and have toured a few times in Zim to go visit family still there.. its a spectacular place to ride , the Eastern Highlands is my all time best route..
