I expected to look worse that morning! As a matter of fact, I don't look half bad...
Nothing compared to @XTZCharlie of course 😆

I actually forgot that long sleeve shirt there on the Sunday morning...🙁 pity

Thanks again @JonW for the event. It was a pleasure meeting you.
You too Roan
I can ask the staff at the Lodge to look out for it if you want, then I can make a plan to get it to you if they find it.

If they find it, it would be nice. It is not the end of the world though...

Unfortunately only one taker for an early Sunday morning ride along the Zingela Contour path track, my mate Beowulf who is currently farming in Muden.
All my other mates at the Bash had excuses why they shouldn't do this ride, despite me telling them how cool it was.
So Beowulf and I set off at 07h00, him on his KTM 250 2stroke and me on the 500.

basically the track starts near the top of "little sani", but instead of staying on the main track that winds down the valley to the lodge, a single track path turns off and then follows a contour along the side of the mountain pretty much all the way to the lodge, then plummets down a steep incline and joins up with the main track.

The riding conditions were just perfect, it was cool, clear and there was stacks of Kudu, impala and giraffe around

We got back to camp and Beowulf headed down to where his family was camping, and I went to the deck to hopefully get some coffee and chat to whoever was still hanging around.
Unfortunately the place was absolutely deserted, everyone had left. So I sat on the deck by myself having a few glasses of water and enjoying the peace, until eventually Mark, the lodge owner arrived to join me for a chat.
I'm really sorry I wasn't there to see everyone heading off home and to thank them for an awesome weekend.

So, thank you (y) :)
