Hi Guys
Sorry if this was covered somewhere, i searched but couldn't find similar problem.
Mate of mine had his bike serviced and all necessary checks done about two months ago, the bike was fine and running very well.
So the bike stood for more than a month before he started it again.
When the choke is out the bike starts normal and revs up,when he pushes the choke in the bike idles normal, as soon he revs it up the engine runs irratic, backfires and then dies. heavy smell of fuel as if it is overfueling.
Could it be overfueling-what would cause this as there was nothing wrong before(he didnt tamper with the jets or anything)
Could it be air blockage somehow( he reckons the air filter is fine)
Something happened while it was standing
