2020 Suzuki V-Strom 1050 XT

I'm in the market for a new Adventure bike. 90% road touring and some 2up.
Now i just cant decide if im spending a lot on a 1250GSA or much cheaper for the V-strom 1050 XT Adventure. Intention is to ride it until the wheels fall off.
Currently in Europe where the GSA is 26k euro and the V-Strom will be 16k euro next year.
