Advice on Northern Cape roads please !

I have to go to Dwarskersbos to check out something and take some photo's.
I'm planning to go via Douglas / Vanwyksvlei / Brandvlei / Loeriesfontein. I will appreciate information on the road conditions from someone who has been in the area lately. Please !!!
Also overnight places at Brandvlei or Loeriesfontein.

I plan to return via Tankwa / Sutherland / Loxton / Vanderkloof.
