Hi Andy

It was very nice meeting you, Crossed Up and Buzz Lightyear.

It was nice having some moral support from the three of you while I changed my puncture on the side of the road.  The critical commentary of my progress and technique as I did so was also appreciated

Thanks a lot for putting the time and effort to help make this a successful event  :thumleft:

Wow!  This looks like a really professional event!  No way am I missing this next year.  If I can't ride well enough, I'll just have to come and carry coffee and tea!

:thumleft: :thumleft: :thumleft: :thumleft: :thumleft: to ALL involved!

Andy you sure had some nice spots! Next year I'll have to put on knobblies to make me a real rider  ;D

This sure is  muddy RR.
Crossed-up glad your fall was not more serious.

But Crossed-up took the Hitting the road literally , and had a tankslap at 90km/Hr and hit the deck, braking his fairing and twisting the rear subframe of his bike.
Luckily , he limped away withe a bruised knee.

Hell I didnt realise Crossed Up fell quite badly the day before but still carried on and helped out.    I saw a broken front mudguard and heard him talking about an accident but didnt put two and two together.

I hope the damage isnt too great.

Thats the man!! :)

The R355 was a bit of a mess on Thursday.  I got into a massive tankslapper in the rutted mud at about 90kph.  Managed to hold on and brought the speed down a bit until I highsided at about 70.  The mud was quite soft for my landing but the bike took a bit of a beating.  So it goes.
I found it very disorientating.  When I got up it took me some time to be sure of which direction I'd been travelling in.

Andy, resize your pics chap!  ;)
Another option is to restrict their size - edit your post and then in the opening [ img ] tags add a width parameter like 800, e.g. [ img width=800] (remove spaces)

I think it was deliberately done to get the detail in
