Anti-fog strategies for cold mornings/evenings?

After two months of having the bike I've been commuting to/from the office few times a week. Usually I ride very early in the morning and quite often return late in the evening. One of the big safety risk that I've noticed is that when I'm not on the highway, the visor tends to get foggy very very fast. So I've been opening the visor but damn it gets cold out there!

Any advice how to see properly and stay warm when the temperature is not on your side?
