Hi guys and gals. There is at present a half stripped Aprilia pegaso sitting in my garage. Last night a friend of mine got a warm water wet right foot and the temperature went alllll the way up. We got the bike on a bakkie and took it home. I have found the source - water streaming out at at the top gasket. The motor still turns nicely, so I don't think there is any other heat damage. Still I think I need to do some serious work here. Any advice? Can I replace the gasket without taking the motor out? What parts? I have heard that the engine is the same as the BMW GS 650 so will a BM gasket work? Any advice will be great. Thx.
