Hi guys,
Posting this for a friend of mine. He's got a 2002 AT XRV, bike has 38000km on the clock and says the bike just died on him recently while at a stop street.
Can it be the fuel pump?? Fuel filter? Relay? I have read that the fuel pump is a bit erratic. Also that they replace the fuel pump with a facet pump? Question is there's 2 pipes going in and 2 going out on current Honda pump, did you guys just fuse the 2 pipes into on and into the facet?? And how will the facet handle(adjust) the pressure not to overfuel??
Honda wants R2600 for new fuel pump and 3 weeks till it gets here!!!! We have a trip end of March!!
