what a lekker trip you had Chrissie! to my own dissapointment I have not been keeping up to date with the Forum happenings and I would  have loved to see you again in the Fish Hoek area, yes where it's all windy , cold and wet :imaposer: Next time please give me a shout. :thumleft: Cheers and best of luck with your website launches.

Sorry, been a bit hectic building my websites, but Highveld is finished, Zululand well on it's way and Cape being a bit of a problem! .... Yes, that's a pity that I didn't even know you're from around there, or I would have made contact!  But I will be back sometime.  ;D

Neat report Chrissie.............. :thumleft:

Glad you liked it... wonder if I will ever have another adventure like this?  But then again, I make even an Africa Twin Club outing interesting by losing everyone and ending up cruising the Magoebaskloof forests on my own, lol...

Come pop in if you guys ever decide to go for a ride to this side.

What a lekker ride, ride report and pics to help tell the story.

Awesome!!

Thanks for sharing!!

Great report Chrissie  :thumleft:  It takes guts to do the 1st trip, self-doubt, uncertainty, little bit of fear. The good news is, the next one is easier to start-off on and you will have a next one. Once you start touring on your bike it is hard to stop, very addictive.

I thoroughly enjoyed you report as you carried us through each town and experience. Are you going to be our female counterpart to Jupiter?

Keep on riding and be safe :ricky:

Eventually came back and read the last part. Great report. Awesome pictures and I am sure you have many many good memories.

Somehow I didn't have self doubt, I figured it can't be that difficult to ride around the countryside alone with no GPS.... hehehe... I wish I could carry on touring, but for now I have to attempt to earn a living for a while!  But maybe I can find a reason to go on a few business trips?

I have to condense the whole story now, as Bike Lifestyle Mag want to publish it...

Christa, thank you so much for sharing the link to this truly AWESOME RR. Wow.....seriously BEEEG respect to you for doing this entire EPIC Trip all on your own :thumleft: :thumleft: :thumleft:

I have really enjoyed reading your report & am so glad that everything worked out so wonderfully for you. Not many ladies will tackle something like this.

Really glad that you got to finally see this wonderful City of our here in the WC. CT truly is a Gr8 place & we are very spoilt here with so may wonderful places to enjoy our bikes.

Thanks so much for sharing this incredible journey with us & taking the time to put it all together in such a "Reverting" way :thumleft: :thumleft:

Unfortunately I have not had time to finish the edit, must get around to it... but I've been soooo busy with other stuff.  :-[

Well done on your great trip and such an entertaining and detailed report.  I've thoroughly enjoyed reading about your trip.  It was great, too, to meet you here in Cape Town.  I hope this is just the first of many further adventures.

If you're ever in Springbok again you should stay over for a bit longer and explore some of the best riding in the country!
