This is making me REALLY want to go riding.

We reached the end of the TTT and could see Tiffindell against the mountain. I could also see the switch backs going up to Ben Macdhui and I got proper butterflies in my stomach. It looked very ominous with snow on parts of the track.

But those butterflies had to wait for now as we were turning away from Tiffindell towards Carlislehoeh Pass.

The pass is seriously steep, but very easy to ride mainly due to the concrete strip on the steepest parts
