Bike damaged in workshop

I collected my GS 1200 from Sandton BMW yesterday. I noticed that the seat had been burnt. After complaining I got the following reply from Callie:
"With regards to your seat I have spoken to all the technicians and they have advised that they did not damage any seat and they would have advised me if anything was damaged by themselves and I would have replaced it immediately." I guess I signed all my rights away at the book in desk but I need to tell the world.
