BMW 800 GS - EWS Issue

Hi guys.

In need of advice please. My 800GS (2010) cuts out when I want to start it and EWS message comes up on the display.
Battery voltage tested at 12v.
Had the bike for a year with no trouble.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
