So last night I saw Pink Duck's Planning a Ride thread towards Van Gaalen, and this morning I decided to pull my sorry ass out of bed and join up for a nice day's riding.
Met up with Panjo (950Adv), Pink Duck (DR650) and Saddle Up (Dakar) at the Total garage, Saddle Up had his daughter as pillion for a nice Fathers Day outing.
We had a nice and easy chilled out ride to Skeerpoort, then Panjo's KTM broke
ot:. Panjo decided to rather nurse the beast back home. Hope you made it home safely Panjo!
Then we sommer did a quick run up Breedts Nek as it turned out to be a great day out. Saddle Up and Pink Duck went down Breedts Nek the same way we came (South Side) and I decided to go down the North Side to see how bad the road was. It was not bad at all and you can see that they have done some serious work on Breedts Nek. The road is in very good nick and not hard to ride at all.
