Busy planning a dash through Lesotho from Golden Gate, through the border at Fouriesburg, across the top of lesotho, out at Phutaditjaba and back to Golden Gate.
It's not far, just 200kms, so it'll be done in a day.
While planning the route I found a 4wd drive track in t4a that looks very promising. Still inside SA, just north of the Lesotho border, sort of en-route to Fouriesburg.
Entry point to the track is S28 31.739, E28 28.012, 4km east of Clarens on the R712
Exit point is S28 38.080, E28 22.198, 12km south of Clarens on the R711
t4a has a couple of gates marked and it may be a park where DS bikes are frowned upon. I don't know. Checked it out on Google and looks fine, but I don't wanna drag the other riders there just to find a locked gate.
Can we ride there? Has anyone been there before? Is there an alternative dirt track from Golden Gate to Fouriesburg?
