Man is it interesting being a bike rider in the Boland and Cape town region during summer. It is really hard making the right desicion what to wear when tripping around to work and such. At around 35 to 40 degrees celsuis average daily at the moment my RST jacket seems not to be my friend, but I will always remember the saying "WHAT'S YOUR CHOICE SWEATING OR BLEEDING" and I must say after a few off's in my life I choose sweat everytime. So I sometimes stop next to the severly tough bikers with their T Shirts who just sneer at me in my armoured suit, but internally I will have the last laugh while sliding along the tarred road. I must admit though setting up a camera at my house in the afternoon will show a story in its own of a man returning from work leaping off his motorcycle and stripping off his clothes to find coolnes in his pool, water being around 30 degrees but still feeling great, this is Wellington or Hellington.
