Cleaning a sprayed Carb......How to Please??

Good Day Gents

I want to remove paint from my Tenere 600's carb, when they sprayed the engine they also - well obviously - thought the carb would look awesome in black. Yuk.

How do I this, what do I use to strip of all the paint??

I'm thinking of letting it lie in some solution like thinners/acetone/whatever??

It's getting a new carb kit next week, so I want this nicely cleaned up by then.
