Grizz told me about this place, and co-incidentially me got plans for trans-africa spinning around my head after my expedition to Islamic Rep. of Iran last year. So might get myself into some useful planning and Africa info-hunting stuff here time-to-time... Most of the time i'll try to keep my hands off from the bloody internet that tends to shorten the considerably more fantastic time on wheels - spring's coming!
I see quite many guys here who i know, mostly from UKGSer site. :thumbleft:
I'm from Estonia and ridin' GS
Oh yes, altough the country seems to be too up in the north, then despite having freezing winters -30C, we're having very hot summers with +30C as well with ideal conditions for big trailies and enduros - crap tarmac, lot of dirt and almost half of the roads are gravel, not much vehicles on them and virtually no police with speed cameras there :thumbleft: .
Can't wait to see how's the stuff in East-Africa and SA, i'll better start checking those ride reports here :arrow:.
