Bought a rather rough DR and will be needing a number of things over time, at which time i will post and ask here.
In keeping with the character, age, price, and intended use of the bike i will prefer most stuff either 2nd hand, home made, or available at our local vendors. Nothing fancy...no sparkling and unnecessary farkles. Putting lipstick on a pig does not make it any more beautiful.
Got to take it slow, because there is a lot that is going to be needed over time.
So first few items -
1. Side covers
2. Rectifier
3. Choke cable or manual choke.
4. Standard exhaust
