Got this fine this morning for circumnavigating a taxi which was stationary and could not go anywhere as he was crossing lanes as they do and was taking up two lanes. I am not sure what to make of this. Is there such an offence? The officer did look something up in a book. I dont know if I should be laughing or crying as the fine is R 2500.00.
