This was a great bash, everything worked even the hot showers etc ... The food was out of this world for such a remote spot 10 out of ten to the caterers and there hard work
To whatch rugby in the middle of baviaanskloof .... awsom

Cant wait for the next one

Thanks Jupiter and all the helpers for an awesome Bash - Watty would have been proud. All the Grahamstown Greyhounds back safe. The general consensus from our side is that this should become an annual event on the WD Calendar - is an awesome venue with a local community that came to the party in a BIG and generous way.  :thumleft:

What a bash. Best I have ever been to.
550 km in one hit to get home on a 690 saddle, including Baviaans & Elandsrivier Rd.
Thanks to Jupier and all that helped. I can only echo the sentiments above.

also back home after my first bash...took my laaitjie along with me on his XR125..also his first time out on real gravel

about to start out , i took the day off he finished school earlier..pi9c sranmge from us at home, stops on the way, river crossings, camp, the spit, the bikeolympics, jnr first time out on a 650, after trying it out on his 125, some views etc...

not one for too much detail but i hope the pics give those that were not there an idea

...have to mention that the XR125 really impressed us...neverf missed a beat, uphill no problem, rivers-no problem, jnr even wone a lucky prize for having the smallest bike at the bash...

Damb. Missed the Bash this year due to our Lesotho ride last month. Next year we will be there. Better planning on rides and family organising from here on.
