Hi all,
my name is Jan and about 4 months ago, I moved from Germany to Johannesburg. I am staying in Melville together with my wife Anne.
We both left our motorbikes (Anne: '97 BMW 1100 GS, Jan: '90 Honda Transalp) in Germany due to the high cost of shipping and so on.
Hence, we are without bikes in South Africa but we are looking to get an F 650 GS Dakar and a Honda XR 650 L to check out their capabilities - well, we might take another way back than travelling by airplane: we might drive back through Africa.
