good auto-electrician for bikes in PTA East?

My dad has an issue with his older BMW K100, either not charging properly or it's losing amperage somewhere in the electronics while it's sits. He thinks it's a bit of both.. Battery is brand new so not that

So, who knows a good auto electrician that works on bikes? in PTA, better yet if PTA EAST.
