I'll appreciate your inputs please.
Mine is the 1190 Adventure.
Some background:
It mostly gets used by me with my wife on the back going everywhere, also on the better gravel roads, like today through the Koepel.
On gravel:
. I'm powersliding nowhere.
. I sommer use the front wheel to steer the bike.
. The speed we travel at will regrettably not be entered into the GBoR.
. At the start of the gravel road I switch the driving mode to "OffRoad".
. I leave the load at 2 mannetjies without luggage.
. I leave the ABS "On".
. I "rectify" the damping back to "Comfort". Changing driving mode to "OffRoad", automatically changes damping to "Sport". Dan stamp hy nogal erg!
Your comments on the settings please.
I also need to know how you want me to bring about a reduction in speed on gravel.
. Do you use only the back brake?
. Do you use only the front (integrated) brake?
. Do you use both the brakes?
(I trust that the smaller audience here would come to know that I sometimes have my tongue glued to my (in)side of my mouth, which can lead to some sensitive users taking offence).
But still I need to know, these are "honest" questions. :thumleft:
