Just Blip It!
Race Dog
Last minute decision on Friday morning...........I need to ride! Called a friend of mine Alan from Nelspruit, "Hey Al, do you want to ride to Memel with me sometime?"
"Sounds great, when?"
"How about tomorrow?" :mwink:
Silence...................long pause..............."Yes okay let's do it! Where is Memel?" :eek7: :eek7:
I met Alan in Nelspruit early on Saturday morning and off we went on what proved to be an awesome weekend of dusty gravel roads, lots of wind, great company, and beautiful winter landscapes of the Mpumalanga and Freestate provinces.
Our route consisted of about 80% gravel roads, with the occasional tar stretch, 1200km in 2q days saw us spending 2 long days in the saddle, but ................what a ride it was.
I'll let the photos tell the story.................enjoy.
