Into Africa - DASKOP's 12000km drive

There are some spectacular churches in the small towns of South Africa.

I know it is not the end of the RR yet, but it is the end of something related.....................it was a sad goodbye to Lady in Red as she had her last photo session with her replacement, Bumble Bee, before being loaded by her new owner and taken to her new home in Fort Beaufort.

I trust that Jaco will have as many splendid times with her as I did. He was obviously meant to be the new owner, because she was sold without even being advertised.

I suppose it is time to wrap this one up. It would be weird to complete the Tanzania trip RR before this one.

Can anyone please tell me where I found this very interesting place? My memory is not what it used to be.

Daar is baie faktore wat jou kostes gaan bepaal, soos kamp of lodge, ens., maar so tussen R35 - R40 000.

Hay Daskop. Its feels like for ever now since i was in Africa. Seeing your photos want me want to got back. Im in Switzerland now and the bike is resting for the winter but there are some really nice roads here. Unfortunatly ive had to get a street bike to enjoy them though.

I've done another trip Botswana, Zambia, Tanzania, Zimbabwe. This time on my own. Let us know if you ever come back. Would be nice to catch up and do some riding together.
