My wife & I are taking a 2-up ride from Gauties to Sterkfontein Dam in a few weeks - company timeshare. We are there for a week and intend taking the GSA with full luggage, it's self-catering, nearest real dorp is Harrismith.
What interesting route could be taken? Dirt is fine, so what's to see? We will have the whole day to get the 300km direct route, but what fun is that? Time for some interesting roads i think!
