We've had a great response and a couple of requests to run the trip again this year.

Bargain price. I have done this trip a few times and even solo I budget about R20k. Doing it with a tour group must take out all the stress and you can just enjoy the riding.
Also if I may add: The okes in Upington have very neat DR650's to rent, which is the perfect bike for someone without a bike that would want to do this trip with WildWood.

Okay, who else is in? I did the trip last year when we had all the gear on our bikes - https://wilddog.net.za/forum/index.php?topic=181212.0 It was great but hard work in places.
Last weekend we did the Orange River ride with the gear in the car and just riding the bikes. That makes for a very nice bike adventure. In fact it was the first time ever that I went on a multi day bike trip without the additional weight of fuel etc and it is pretty awesome. https://wilddog.net.za/forum/index.php?topic=197468.0
So if there are enough others who are keen to do the Kaokoland trip without the burden of extra weight then maybe we can do the dates as proposed above. So, who else is in?
