I have just ordered a used ktm 500 which has pirreli rally scorpion tires which suits me for now as I wont be doing hectic offroad riding. He has also removed the rimlocks I assume for better wheel balancing. Is this not a bit risky with all that power that the rim wont spin in the tire and rip the valve off specially if deflate for offroad? My africa twin had no rimlocks and had tubes and was never an issue? Thanks is advance.
