yep, thats right, i gave it back.
in addition to the ongoing carb problem, i discovered an oil leak on the crank case.
it didnt say Land Rover anywhere on the bike, and i thought i had seen the end of oil leaks for good...but nooooo...
the paperwork had not yet been concluded by wesbank, and the dealer had not been paid out yet. the bike was already at the dealer for repairs, so i phoned him up and told him to keep the bike and sell it to someone else.
then he tried to blame KTM for breaking it, saying that KTM are not qualified to work on KTM's.
well if KTM dont know how to fix KTM's, then who?
that made me wonder even more why the bike was sold in the 1st place after 600km. what is this guy hiding?
ive had the bike for 3 weeks and not been able to ride it for two of the three
ive lost all confidence in the bike.
bugger that!
now, who's got a good 1200GS for sale??? > > >
