Friday night we kuiered at "The Pub". Our conversation was interrupted by this motley crew and as neither of us could hear one another we headed home after a pleasant meal.

One need to visit the pub from a lot earlier to enjoy the sound  :thumleft:

Yea, I guess our aged also played a role  :imaposer:

Saturday morning by 6am we were up and ready to go. This section is in the gorge as you head towards Komatipoort.

Somewhere down below is the N4 highway.

You ride along the Krugerpark fence for quite a distance.

You're never further than 10 metres from the fence.

I was lucky to see some Impala and Buffalo

Your left flank is the railway line and the train happened to pass while we had a break

Cheers all.

Noneking and Regardt bought some beers at a local shebeen and "Die Kaap was Hollands".

A court must be drunk with intention. If you take small sips, half the beer is luke warm.  :thumleft:

Food is ready. While we were braaiing, the local railway patrol informed us of roaming lions that had somehow managed to escape the KNP.

Unfortunately we never saw any.

After the refuel at Hazyview we hit the MTB trails between Hazyview and Sabie.

Slippery as snot and washed away in some places.
