Makeshift motorcycle stand

Wanted to replace fork boots but don't own a "stand". Faffed around trying to make a stand out of telephone directories and paint tins but that didn't work. Then I came up with this idea. Two ladders, an XRAMP between them and two ratchet straps. Works a treat.
