I am planning a trip in Mapsource. Now I want to see where fuel is available. What is the easiest way to do it?
What I would really like is for all the fuel stations to be displayed (like the airfields are). Then at a glance I could see where to go. Is that possible?
If you use Right click 'Find nearest place' = Fuel --- it changes the map to 500m scale so you have no idea where that place is if you are unfamiliar with the territory. Any way of setting that default scale to, say, 7km?
That same little list that comes up when you click 'Find nearest place' lists the distance & bearing to each place, I realise that helps.
I must say that I find Mapsource so primitive you would think it was a piece of amateur free software.
