Mitas E07 equivalent tyre

I'm experiencing some difficulty sourcing a replacement tyre. I may need to consider another option, maybe a Pirelli MT 90 AT. Tyre size is 120/80 18" for a small capacity bike. Can anybody give me any advice in this regard?
