The next evening, Brian, my good buddy from Texas and I, drove to downtown Texas, where his daughter, Alexis and son, Drew, share an apartment.  They took me to Tutta's in downtown Dallas for pizza, salad, and wings.  Everything was delicious, though in all honesty, way way overpriced, but apparently that's typical when one dines in downtown Dallas.  I'm just not used to the high prices down here.  Big difference in cost of living in the DFW area versus where I live.  A few pics of downtown Dallas, Texas and Tutta's.

You're welcome, hope you're well, Woody  :thumleft:

Entry 8 - Perot Museum of Nature and Science
Star Date - 3 June 2018
Distance - 62 miles / 100 kilometers

While in the Dallas area, I was encouraged to visit the Ross Perot Museum of Nature and Science. I was told by many it's the finest museum in the DFW area. It did not disappoint. After parking about 1/2 mile away, I started walking towards the museum when I spotted the American Airlines Center, home of the Dallas Stars NHL hockey team and Dallas Mavericks NBA basketball team.

The architecture of the Perot Museum is fascinating to me.

It's difficult to see from my pics, the building is a floating design, incredible feat of engineering.

Please note I'm posting because it was part of my trip, one of the highlights of my trip actually and I cannot wait to return.

I'm hoping our future generations viewing this RR can gain knowledge from my pics.  Thank you.

Massive respect for this man, Russian cosmonaut, Yuri Gagarin.
