Me and a buddy are planning a little trip for May.
We are planning to meet each other on the Friday night in Potchefstroom (sort-of the middle for both of us (Pta & Bfn).
The plan is to ride as much bike as possible on the Saturday, camp for the night and then another route for the Sunday morning ending in Potchefstroom again.
Any suggestions on a route? Ideally the trip should mostly consist of gravel.
We were thinking of going in the general direction of Zeerust. Maybe head to Rustenburg then Groot Marico and sleeping over in Zeerust. Then back via Mahikeng, Lichtenburg, Ventersdorp back to Potch. Was simply looking at google maps when these cities were chosen. So not set in stone as obviously if you travel straight to these towns there will be no gravel involved :snorting:
Also, any suggestions for a nice camping site in the area.
