Preventative maintenance 1150GSAâ?¦???

My 1150 GSA (2003 single spark) is heading to 50 000km soon. What needs to be replaced or will need replacing. For instance - Iâ??ve noticed that the rubber at the top of the front shocks is perished.

It had all the services up to date and had no mechanical or electrical problems yet. ???
