Questions about comfort riding

Didnt know how to word the topic so i hope it makes sense.

Im still on the look for what bike to choose when i get to Europe next year, searching for the question on the net pppfffft..... ask the guru's here first i though.

Can all bikes have heated seats ?
Can all bikes run a heated suit, vest, pants ect ? is this just a power plug insert or extra stuff needed.
