We left home( St Helena Bay) at 10h00, had mostly sunshine and a bit of wind. As we got closer to Piketberg the rain started falling, just a little...
We (Pittbull and I) had a breakfast there at the Spur and then it rained really hard. So got stuck there for a little while, was about 20 min then we went on our way again going to the Cederberge... Road was wet and muddy, My first ever gravel/mud road and my nerves where running high as it started raining again on this road and Visors fogged up. I was lucky having my wonderful husband always in my ear and being there for me, it was nerve-racking at times and could feel the bike sliding under me on the road, but like hubby always says - When in Dought throttle out. So thats what I did, road was awful and so wet, but an wonderful adventure and experience for me.
