Hi guys,
Have any of you got some tips on reinforcing/strengthening a Rear Luggage Grid for the R1150GS Adventure?
I would appreciate some pics of one that has been done, showing the areas that have been strengthened; or some advice from someone who has had this successfully done.
I bought a new one and want to repair/reinforce the broken unit but will be pretty choosey as to who will do this - I need to be sure that whoever I get is proficient at welding magnesium, it can get brittle and even catch alight if not properly done!
So ja, I would appreciate it if you Peeg Luvvers could point me in the direction of someone that can do it for me here in the Gauteng area...
